Dear Becca Hormann,
... I feel embarrassed to even say that I can remember this, but I probably had the biggest crush on you in the 3rd grade. How do I remember this, I have no idea. I remember this one time, you were hiding underneath a table and you jumped out to scare me. With me being really jumpy, I jumped, panicked, and fell over a desk. Awesome memory right? I just find it crazy that I remember something like that, because at the age of 22, I can barely remember what I did last weekend. All I know for sure is that you made fun of me all the time. I think that's a reoccurring thing of interest to me, because all the past girls I've fell for always made fun of me. Must be the "cocky" aspect.
Sadly, I don't even really recognize your face. I feel quite creepy that I even have you as a FB friend because I want to say you moved to a different town at a young age. I wonder if I added you or you added me. I'll have to go with I added you. I can probably guess what happened. One inebriated night, I probably came back do some drunken FBing and stumbled upon some mutual friends and then I probably thought of the 3rd grade crush. Or something on the lines of that. Anyways, I see that you attend a private school... tisk-tisk-tisk. But then again my most of my best friends went to a private school... Oh and I just noticed your hometown is Jackson. I was airlifted in a heli after a football game in Jackson. Oh highschool sports... they took a toll on me, I actually feel like an old man cause I can barely walk some mornings after playing basketball.
Enjoy the "Real World", cause I am in no hurry to reach that point... yet.
Cheerio,
Alastar Swift
PS. I remember waking up in the hospital for like 5minutes, and then waking up in the Helicopter thinking, "Where the %#!@ am I?" The guy that was sitting by me, saw that I was awake and all he did was zip up the body bag over my head so I couldn't see anything... Ass. Anyways, that was my first helicopter ride.

Facebook Friend #14
Dear Nick Hoelmer,
The first thing that comes to mind, is that you replaced me at my old job since I had to move on to gain "real-world" experience. You worked with my best friend and he told me the funniest story. You two were cleaning a room, and you being the smartest and coolest thing to come through (Dub-town), you decided to call 911. When the cops came running to the room, how did you play it off? You said, "Oh I was just cleaning the phone." ... ... really?... Let me get this right, you had the phone off the hook, and then it just so happened that you only hit 2 numbers in the correct sequence when cleaning the phone...
So your profile status states, "Enjoy life, You won't regret it." I can't deny your saying, but I don't like the fact that you have to state it. Shouldn't we all enjoy life without having to connect to a phrase or quote? They are nice to remind us on that we are living that way, but to have a close connection to a certain quote/phrase is not the way to live life. Why you may ask, because we aren't living our life by following someone else's thoughts or ways of living. We are all capable of connecting to different things but we should always keep in mind to have the power to take a step back and realize where we are in life and if that's where we want to be. If not, then that is when you make YOUR own changes.
Oh and I noticed you are a Privateer (Private school kid) and this is why this ends now. BOO PRIVATEERS!
Cheerio,
Alastar Swift
PS. The one quote that I can NOT stand would be, "Live life without regrets." Can you really live life without regrets? I don't believe that you can. I have regrets but I'm not going to dwell on them, but it's called you took a chance that you thought was worthwhile. There are no mistakes, only lessons learned.
